只吃  IEnumerable ，你可以使用 Dictionary

如果使用 ReadAsStringAsync  遇到收到資料亂碼的話，  

那就要你在產生 HttpResponseMessage 之後，必需給他 CharSet 為對方網頁格式 (比如：big5.utf8....)
